"2BeBrilliant is the expression of a lifelong passion. From a young age, I believed people want to do the right thing—often they just face limits that get in the way. That belief led me to study Educational Psychology at the University of Pretoria, complete my Honours and a teaching diploma, and dedicate my career to helping people learn, grow and lead.
I cut my teeth building training for national franchise teams, later moved into people development on the Gautrain project, and in 2007 co-founded 2BeBrilliant with my wife, Alta. Since then I’ve facilitated learning and leadership development across industries—working hands-on with teams and managers to build psychological safety, a common language and inclusive, practical habits that stick.
Today my work blends the science of learning with real-world facilitation. I meet learners where they are—but never leave them there. With tools like Enneagram and Social Styles, we help people understand themselves and each other, so trust grows, collaboration feels natural, and performance becomes a shared win."
